The big decision I had to make after burning this piece was if I wanted to add color or leave it natural. I chose the natural route because of the beautiful Aspen wood it’s burned into. Color would distract your eye.
The sunflowers with their butterflies paired with the sun and its clouds create a peaceful calming picture; then you throw in the grain lines and patterns of the Aspen board and a smile is bound to cross your face.
I’m currently working on the Moon which would be a great pairing on any wall.
