General Information

Shipping

I utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) for my shipping needs. Every item is shipped using Priority Shipping level which ensures tracking information and to be at your door within 3-5 business days once USPS takes control of your package. Of course during busy times of the year or weather issues the delivery might be late by a few days but I will keep you posted on the delivery dates or delays.

Refunds

Refunds of the piece purchased is offered if you are not satisfied with your art piece, but I require you to send the purchased art piece back to me at your expense.

Once I receive the art piece and it's in the same condition I sent it in, I will refund your cost for the art piece to include your return shipping costs.

     * If the purchased art piece is damaged during its shipping from me to you - I will ask that you send it back to me. Once I have received it, I will refund the costs of the art piece and your return shipping.

     * If the purchased art piece is damaged after delivery is received, I will refund a portion of your costs depending on the damage to the art piece and if it is recoverable at all.

Custom Orders

I do take custom orders when I have time.

As we discuss your custom piece I will send you several digital drafts for more direction until I have your custom piece down pat and you have approved the chosen draft.

Half of the total cost quoted is due before I begin burning your custom order.

I communicate via Messenger or E-mail with progress pictures and with any questions I may have concerning your custom order as well as giving you a time frame of when I will be able to have it completed for you.

If for some unforetold reason I need additional time for your custom order I will communicate that immediately so you are aware of an extended time.

Once your custom piece is completed ,sealed completely and paid in full  I will ship out your piece via USPS and send you the tracking 

Communication

I generally communicate via Messenger or E-mail or text messages as this gives me written documentation of our conversations so details are adhered to for custom pieces, mailing changes are noted for shipping and any additional details are easily seen to be completed for you.
