Mimes were first noted in history during the Greek Era. Through time they are seen as overly dramatic characters who use actions to display their words or meanings. When I’m off property I love to people watch to figure out their circumstances, emotions, and to understand why they are the way that they are. As I lose my hearing I find that this understanding of people’s body language helps me traverse the world around me. So in essence, I see mimes in everyone. Today mimes can be seen in movies, broadway, carnivals, circuses, Disneyland, and New Orleans during Mardi Gras.

This piece has a place in that special spot that will grab guests attention and bring about unusual conversations, memories, or comments.
